In the morning drive to Horton Plains National Park. It is a protected area in the central highlands of Sri Lanka and is covered by a montage of grassland and cloud forest. The Horton Plains are the headwaters of three major Sri Lankan rivers, the Mahaweli, Kelani, and Walawe. In Sinhala, the plains are known as Maha Eliya Plains. Morning Hiking and trekking to Little Adam’s Peak will give a beautiful experience fill with views of exotic misty mountains and small waterfalls. Transfer to Colombo. A good opportunity to do some shopping in the city of Colombo while witnessing this cityscape during the evening. Colombo is the largest city and former administrative capital of Sri Lanka and is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life and remnants of a bygone colonial era. Dinner, and overnight stay at a hotel in Colombo or Negambo.
