Kumbh Mela Budget Tour Package 4 days

Day 1 Varanasi airport – Prayagraj (135 KM, 3 Hours)

Catch the morning flight to reach Varanasi (Deen Dayal Upadhyay) airport which is the nearest airport to reach the Mahakumbh Mela performing at Prayagraj City Allahabad. On arrival, you will be checked into your pre-booked luxury Camp accommodation. After the refreshment, you will be taken to the fair where millions of tourists, pilgrims, and devotees come to attend this mega event from all over the world. The whole atmosphere during Kumbh Mela is bursting with sounding bells, chanting of Vedic hymns and mantras, a procession of Naga Sadhus and other Akharas on camels and elephants in their gold and silver chariots being pulled by devotees, as they display their strength and skills a pure enchantment for the soul. The later part of the day is to experience the spiritual atmosphere of the Kumbh Mela. Overnight stay in Camp.

Day 2 Prayagraj - Paush Purnima Snan

Early morning you will be leaving towards the Sangam Ghat. Triveni Sangam in Allahabad is a confluence of 3 rivers the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati. In these three rivers, Saraswati is invisible and is said to flow Underground and join the other two rivers from below. Here you will attend the Snan (Bathing) and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Kumbh Mela. After bathing you will come back to your camps for breakfast and enjoy the in-house activities (Yoga, meditation, live performances and spiritual programs). Later in the afternoon you will again walk into the fair and visit the different Akharas and Camps where Sadhus perform different arts. Return to the camps for an overnight stay.

Day 3 Prayagraj - Shahi Snan (Makar Sankranti)

This will be a special date of the Royal Snan at Triveni Sangam and (Naga Sadhus) will be the first who has the right to take the first Shahi Snan of the Mahakumbh Mela. This will be a great procession of live music bands, chariots, elephants, and camels coming with this priest and sadhus at Sangam Ghat and they will attend this Shahi Snan. The world's top photographers, writers, and celebrities come to visit this special occasion with their naked eyes. It is here that the greatest event on earth takes place known as Kumbh Mela. The festival is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for every visitor who is curious about Hindu religion and philosophy. You will enjoy the Shahi Snan and admire the beauty of this fair.

In the evening you will visit the Kinnar Akhara which is specially made for lady priests and one of the major highlights of this festival where you can also see the Art and Craft exhibitions made by these ladies. Overnight stay at Camps.

Day 4- Varanasi Airport Departure

After breakfast at camp, you will be checked out and straight leave for Varanasi airport to catch your return flight home.
