This tour is one in which our guests will hear a little about Jamaica's rich history. They will hear about the Campus of the University of the West Indies which is situated on lands which previously was used for two sugar plantations, when sugar was king in Jamaica. On this campus our guests will be able to see the tracks on which some of our famous athletes practise. The Chapel on this campus has its own story.
Our next stop will be at Devon House, built by one of the country's first millionaire. After touring the Mansion which was his home, we will enjoy a Devon House ice cream cone - one of the best, before returning our guests to their hotel.
Guests will be picked up by our tour guide at their hotel or pre-arranged spot. They will travel by chartered bus, to the University campus. This is a drive around the campus, with stops at intervals where guests will get out and tour around.
At Devon House, guests will tour the Mansion, then walk around the grounds for photo shots and to review the property. There are several shops on property, food, drinks, souvenirs etc. After the tour guests are treated to some ice cream before departing to their hotel.
