Morning
Itinerary:
In the morning, at 8:00 am, you will embark on a captivating trip to visit the Independence Palace, also referred to as the Reunification Palace. This historic landmark in Ho Chi Minh City stands on the grounds where the former Norodom Palace once stood. Designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu, the Independence Palace holds significant cultural and historical importance.
Next, you will have the opportunity to admire the stunning structures from the French Colonial era, such as the renowned Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. These architectural gems showcase the rich heritage of the city.
Following that, you will visit the impactful War Remnants Museum. With its extensive collection, the museum offers a poignant portrayal of both the Indochina Wars. It serves as a reminder of the past and provides valuable insights into the history of the region.
At around noon, the trip will conclude, and you will be transferred back to your hotel or the designated meeting point.
Afternoon
Itinerary:
1:00 pm: visit Cho Lon (Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda which is located in Chinatown. Continue to Bach Dang harbour.
After checking in the waterbus tickets, and stabilizing your seat, the boat will start to depart. During the trip, you will have a unique view of the most typical commercial buildings of the city including the Vinhomes Central Park urban area, the magnificent Landmark 81 tower, the Bitexco Financial Tower, and the green peaceful District 2. A lot of stunning moments are waiting for you. Try to discover the soul of this land - Saigon River by water bus, maybe you will realize many miracles, a more accurate view of the land once called Paris of Indochina or the Pearl of the Far East.
5:00 pm: Transfer back to your hotel or meeting point. Finish the trip.
