9 Days Best Of Both Worlds: Kruger, Chobe, Victoria Falls And Hwange National Park 9 days

Day 1 Johannesburg - Kruger National Park

From Nelspruit we drive towards camp for check in and a lunch break before departing on the first game drive departing from the camp at 15h00pm. We return to camp late afternoon allowing time for you to relax before dinner is served in the restaurant.

Days 2 Kruger National Park

Everything starts early in the Kruger park in order to have a greater chance of seeing game, we depart camp when the gates open. Early morning is the best time to view our elusive leopard and lions still on the prowl as well as the hyena scavenging for food before the heat of the day.

You'll see, tall elegant giraffes, their heads among the branches of the acacia trees, and a family of elephants crossing the road ahead of you. You'll see plenty of birds too - there are more than 500 species present in the park. Return to camp late afternoon before gate closing.

Days 3 Kruger National Park

Today is a new dawning in Kruger with brilliant sunrises, the singing of Cicada beetles and birds as they get ready for another day. Your guide is on the lookout for the elusive leopard still on the prowl as well as prides of Lions on their morning walk to the watering hole for a cool drink before taking a siesta during the heat of the day. After breakfast continue on your game drive back to camp giving you time to relax at the pool or enjoy the sights and sounds around. Depart at 15h00pm for a game drive till gate closing.

Day 4 Kruger National Park - Nelspruit - Victoria Falls

This morning we depart on your last game drive before breakfast. We depart the park to the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport to connect with FastJet for your flight to Victoria Falls. Flight departure at 12h45pm arriving at 14h30pm.

On arrival at the Victoria Falls airport guests will be met by a driver/guide who will take you to the lodge to check-in. Depending on how much time available guests will be allowed time to freshen-up and prepare to go and enjoy the Zambezi sunset cruise. A cruise will give you a good chance to relax a see animals on the banks of the river. Food that is served while on the cruise will include snacks, soft drinks, low range wines and local beers. The cruise will take two hours then you will be taken back to the lodge for your dinner. Bed and Breakfast

Day 5 Victoria Falls

Guests will be collected after breakfast to visit the Falls. After the tour of the falls you have the opportunity to have lunch at the Lookout café restaurant which is located 120 metres above the Zambezi River, overhanging the giant Batonka Gorge giving you the best view of the Victoria Falls Bridge (lunch own account).

After lunch it will be time to do the 15 minutes scenic helicopter flight over the falls, when the flight is completed, you can either go and do some shopping at the open market or go and relax at the hotel. You will be collected at 18h30pm for dinner where you will experience the Boma dinner and drumming show. The dinner and drumming show will take about 3 hours then you will be transferred back to the hotel. Dinner, and Breakfast

Day 6 Victoria Falls - Chobe National Park - Victoria Falls

Full day Chobe game drive and Safari boat cruise.

Chobe full day game drive will give guests a good chance to see a wide range of wild animals in the park. Guests will be picked from hotel in the morning at around 6:00 am. We do encourage guests to have packed breakfast which they will have on the way as food is not allowed beyond the Botswana border. Chobe National Park is located about 90 km from Victoria Falls in kasane, Botswana. We advise all guests taking part on this tour to have their passports and have money to pay for their visas with them because they will be required at the border when they cross to Botswana for the day trip. Chobe game drive gives a chance for participants to see animals both in the park on land and when they do a safari cruise on the Chobe River. There is a great chance of seeing many animals when doing a safari cruise on the boats because animals will come to the river bank. The boats can get close to the animals which gives a chance for guests to take memorable photographs. When the game drive is finished guests will be transferred back to hotel or lodge in Victoria Falls Zimbabwe. Breakfast

Day 7 Victoria Falls - Hwange National Park - Ivory Lodge

Guests will be picked from their hotel in Victoria Falls in the morning at 7:00 am. The drive will take approximately two hours of safe driving. Expected time of arrival at the lodge will be around 9:30 am upon which check-in will be done then guests can settle in and spend the afternoon at leisure, reading a book on the day bed overlooking the waterhole or cooling off in the pool. The first day activity will be an afternoon game drive in the private concession or the famous Hwange National Park depending on game movement. Full Board.

Day 8 Hwange National Park - Victoria Falls

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before embarking on a full day game drive in Hwange, after which we return to Victoria Falls and the Mbano Boutique Hotel for your last night in Victoria Falls. Enjoy a relaxing dinner as your last evening comes to an end. Dinner and Breakfast.

Day 9 Victoria Falls - Victoria Falls Airport

Today being the last day in Victoria Falls, breakfast can be enjoyed at the hotel before being transferred back to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport or your direct flight back to Europe.
