Kalahari Marsh Safaris offers you an opportunity to explore the beauty of the delta by mokoro in the Okavango Delta. You will enjoy the guided walk where you might have an opportunity to see wild animals like crocodiles, hippos, elephants, impalas, zebras, hippos and many more.
Just after your breakfast in the lodge or hotel, your guide will pick you up by the reception area, this will be the start of your trip. you will drive for 2 and half hours depending on the road terrains, On arrival at the mokoro station you will be welcomed by polar or Mokoro operators who will introduce you to the delta, and have a brief discussion of what will happen during the tour. You will do the mokoro drive for 2 to 3 hours, on arrival at the Island you will enjoy your packed lunch, water and drinks. After your lunch, you will then do the guided walk for some hours. You will then get back in the mokoro heading back to the station. On arrival, you will find your guide waiting for you to drive back to Maun. He will drop you at the same place he picked you up from in the morning. This will be the end of the tour.
