10 Days Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai Safari 10 days

Day 1 Maun - Okavango Delta

Pick up at 07:45 hours from hotel/guest house of your choice or Maun Airport, transfer by motor boat or 4X4 transfer to Mokoro Station where you will be met by a Professional Guide, a short briefing about your trip will be conducted before boarding your Mokoro and travel along the channels of the Okavango Delta to camp on one of the many Islands of the Delta, before reaching your camping destination, you would have spent some hours seeing the beauty and vastness of the Delta.

Upon the arrival staff set up the camp while your chef is preparing lunch for before afternoon game walk or Mokoro cruise, note that you will decide with your professional whether you do game walk or Mokoro cruise.

Return back to the camp where dinner is served.

Day 2 Okavango Delta

Wake up early, around 6:30 for coffee/tea, cereal and rusks. Depart on a 4 hour early morning game walk. Return at around 10am for a hearty brunch. Relax in camp or ask your guides to take you for a swim depending on the season of the year, before afternoon Mokoro cruise to experience the other parts of Okavango Delta.

Return back to the camp where dinner is served.

Day 3 Okavango Delta - Moremi Game Reserve

In the morning, you will have breakfast. While the staff takes down the camp, immediately after breakfast you will board on your mokoro to Mokoro station, where you will be picked by either vehicle or motor boat depending on water level. Upon arrival, a game drive vehicle will pick you from boat station; you will be given 1 hour in town to buy what you want. After a short shopping you depart to Moremi Game Reserve.

Upon arrival camp will be set, staff will direct you to your camping tents. After a short while, you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served. The time for bed will be determined by the last guest.

Day 4 Moremi Game Reserve

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served.

Day 5 Moremi Game Reserve

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served.

Day 6 Moremi Game Reserve

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park to explore other parts of Moremi Game Reserve. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served.

Day 7 Moremi Game Reserve-Khwai

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then while staff is breaking down then camp immediately after breakfast you venture through Moremi Game Reserve to Khwai, one of the best concession in Botswana in terms of wildlife.

Upon arrival camp will be set; staff will direct you to your camping tents. After a short while, you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park.

Return to the campsite where dinner is served, and dinner you go for night game drive in Khwai, and then return to the camp.

Day 8 Khwai Concession

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park to explore other parts of Khwai. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive in Khwai. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon Mokoro Excursion, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served.

Day 9 Khwai Concession

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park to explore other parts of Khwai. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served.

Day 10 Khwai Concession - Maun

This is the last day of the trip; wake up around 8:00, breakfast will be served well in time. The staff will then break up the campsite and you will leave Moremi at around 10:00 for Maun where the safari will end.
